How it works
Follow us on the platform where you post: Instagram or TikTok.
Post your unique piece as a photo or video (not a Story).
Tag @customliofficial in your post.
Send us a DM with "done" and the number of the order your piece comes from.
You'll find your order number in your order confirmation. Was your piece a gift? Ask the person who placed the order.
Your thank-you
After our review (up to 3 working days after your DM with the order number), we'll send a discount code for 10% off your next order, one-time use, valid for 1 year and not combinable, to the email address on that order.
Was your piece a gift? You can still take part. We send the code to the email address on the order, which means to the person who placed it.
Conditions
- Keep your post online until the review is complete.
- Stories don't count.
- One code per order. The code can be used once and can't be combined with other discounts or codes.
- We send the code to the email address on the order you give us.
- No minimum order value, valid on the whole range. The code is valid for 1 year from the date we email it.
- Your post must stay publicly visible until the review is complete. We can't review posts from private profiles or posts shared with friends only.
